Under the heading "Non-binding offer" you have a guest form that may bring you one step closer to an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Ziller Valley.

• Your request will be handled promptly and we will be happy to confirm desired room category. A reservation of the room number and floor is unfortunately not always possible. Of course, we strive to always be there to fulfill your wishes.

• Our rooms and suites are usually obtainable on arrival day from 14.00 o’clock and will be reserved for you until 19.00 o’clock. It is not a problem for us but if you arrive later. In this case we ask for your previous call.

• On departure day, your room is up to no later than 11.00 o’clock.

• For a fix reservation we request a deposit of € 220, - per room, that you please refer to our account. Since the deposit applies as a handling fee and will be retained, in case of cancellation, we recommend a trip cancellation insurance, which covers these costs.

• Your hotel bill, you can easily cash to pay with a debit card (Maestro) or with traveler's checks.  
• Dogs are not allowed in our house.

• From 15 Age charge visitors' tax, which in the summer of € 1, - is in winter and € 1.20 per person.
