Culinary delights

A recovering and all round relaxing holiday includes also good food. In order to meet the individual culinary wishes and needs of our guests reliably, we attach great importance to freshness and quality in our kitchen and use high-quality products from local farmers. The creativity and culinary skills of our kitchen team ensure a true culinary pleasure for our guests, both young and old, at every meal.

You can enjoy culinary delights from traditional dishes from the region, from light and vital cuisine to international specialties. This leaves nothing to be desired.

Tip: Try the exquisite wines from the in-house wine cellar.

Breakfast

• Prepare your breakfast together with full-value food from the organic corner, fresh egg dishes and the large selection of bread varieties at the breakfast buffet.
• Choose from 55 different tea sorts at our tea bar.
• Enjoy freshly squeezed juices and gain energy for an eventful day.
• In addition, with our breakfast "Around the world" you will experience a daily changing offer with specialties from different countries. For example, the bavarian breakfast with white sausage, pretzel and wheat beer or the Italian breakfast with parma ham, antipasti and ciabatta.
• On Sunday, we spoil you elegantly with a champagne and caviar breakfast.

Afternoon snack

• From 14:30 to 17:00 we invite you to a small afternoon snack with hot soup and small snacks and treats.
  

Dinner

• Enjoy a daily 5- or 6-course menu of your choice and our fresh salad buffet. We also serve individual children's menus.
• Our offer also includes vegetarian dishes and, if desired, special dishes.
• Of course, exquisite wines are part of a tasteful meal. Choose from a wide offer of Austrian and international wines in our wine cellar and let the evening end in a gregarious atmosphere.

Special evenings

• Weekly gala dinner with 8 courses at candlelight and saxophone-style music. A very special evening!
• Enjoy culinary and acoustic delights at our buffet evening with harp sounds.
• At hot temperatures in the summer we do heat up too with a smoky, grill-smoker's evening on the terrace. And for ending,  our special highlight, the “ICEBOMB” with fresh doughnuts from the Dutch oven. mmmhhhh...

• We invite you to a cozy and convivial wine tasting in our wine cellar.

• It's Showtime - music & dance - Let´s have fun together on our Schönruch party night.
• Toboggan-fun - after a cozy evening whizz down the toboggan run, than heat up yourself at the icy temperatures with mulled wine, hot chocolate & campfire. Finally, with the rope ladder and the sledges the Hoteltaxi tows you back to the hotel.
• Kitchen party - take the opportunity to come to our hotel kitchen as a guest and get tips & infos from our kitchen team about one or the other favorite dish of yours. Get close to our cooks and get a look over their shoulders than enjoy the culinary specialties of the region on this evening.
• Guaranteed good entertainment and a lot of fun for young and old on different game nights, which are always very popular for both big and small guests.
