FAQ - Sruh Prime

Holiday planning made easy - Here is a small overview of the most frequently asked questions about our new Sruh Prime Apart.

A-Z

Arrival:
The apartments are generally available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and will be reserved for you until 7 p.m. Should you arrive later, we ask that you call in advance.

Barbecues: 
Due to fire protection regulations, barbecues are not permitted on the balcony or terrace.

Beer dispenser:
In your apartment you will find a beer dispenser (you can buy pre-cooled refill beer cartridges on site)

Bed sheets / towels:
both are available on site. Towels are changed every 3 days free of charge. 
Extra towels or multiple changes cost EUR 0.50 per towel.

Bread service
In the Prime we offer you an exclusive bread service via app order. You can order your bread online every day and we will deliver it to your minibar in the morning by around 7:15 am.

Check IN
directls near the Prime Mainentrance or at the garage entrance you will find a doorbell "Check IN" Press this Button and we will come inm the next minutes to you.

Corona protection in the Prime:
In addition to the disinfectant dispenser, there is also an automatic body temperature measuring station directly in the entrance area.
Regular cleaning is guaranteed.

Departure:
We ask our guests to vacate the apartments on the day of departure by 9:00 a.m. (winter) and 10:00 a.m. (summer) at the latest.

Deposit: 
For fixed reservations, we ask that you transfer a deposit of EUR 500 per apartment to our account. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a processing fee. These and any cancellation costs that may arise can be covered by travel cancellation insurance.

Dogs / Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Prime - but they are welcome in the Stadl Lodge.

Electric Car charging station:
In the Prime there is a Tesla Destination Charger and other charging options for various models. CEE 16A, CEE 32A, Schuko 16A, etc... ask us - as a Prime guest you can charge for free...

Elevator:
All floors in the Prime can be easily reached with the elevator.

Equipment for children: 
Cots and highchairs are available on request or prior reservation.

Free Mountain Pass:
All guests who book directly will receive the "Free Mountain Pass" free of charge in summer. (free rides on the Isskogel and Königsleiten gondola lifts etc.) 

This offer does not apply to bookings made via booking platforms or voucher systems.

Hotel access / wellness:
The Prime Apart has no access to the neighbouring Hotel Schönruh.
The Prime Apartments are only designed for self-catering - meals in the hotel or use of the wellness area are NOT possible.

Kitchen equipment:
Fully equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven with hot air, dishwasher (tabs included), microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine (filter available), espresso machine for Nespresso capsules (capsules for a surcharge), cutlery, pots, pans, casserole dish, cooking utensils, grater, chopping boards, set of knives, glasses, plates, bowls, coffee dishes;

Minibar:
Outside your apartment you will find a small minibar with many small amenities that you can take for an extra charge. (Coffee, Nespresso capsules, beer, wine, drinks, etc...)

Parking:
There are 2 parking spaces per apartment (in the TOP No.2 - 4 spaces) available.
Or on the covered parking deck or in the garage.
Each additional parking space must be registered first and we will be charged EUR 9.50 per day.
In summer we provide also a cleaning station with vacuum cleaner, compressed air, washing area...

Parties in the apartment:
Since we wish all our guests a pleasant holiday, parties are not permitted.
Music, socializing and fun - no problem! Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors! We ask you to adjust the volume after 10:00 p.m. and to be quiet on the balconies and terraces.

Payments:
We accept cash payments, debit cards, credit cards Visa or Mastercard

Pellet stove:
In addition to the central heating, you will find an automatic pellet wood stove in every apartment, which ensures romantic hours. (Refills are available free of charge on site)

Room facilities: 
each double room has its own bathroom, some with double washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower;

Sauna:
All Prime Apartments have their own sauna, which can be activated at either 60°C or 85°C. The sauna oven is not accessible, so it can also be used by children without any problems. Infusions are of course possible.

Smoking:
The entire Prime Apart is a non-smoking building. There are ashtrays for smokers on the balconies

Ski room:
The Prime ski room is right next to the main entrance. Each apartment has its own depot that can be locked with your room card - which offers enough space for skis, snowboards, gloves and helmets. With integrated shoe and glove heating.

Sunshower:
Take a healthy shower - we offer you the first apartments in the Alps with an infrared shower.

Travel insurance:
More than cancellation insurance (without excess) for your holiday. Hotelstorno Plus also includes corona-related cancellations, travel interruption, additional costs for late arrival, we will send you the link for taking out this travel insurance with the booking confirmation.

Toilet paper:
An initial supply of 3 rolls per toilet is available, you can also purchase more rolls on site.

Tourist tax: 
€1.80 per person and night

Vending machine:
Shops closed? Our Sruh vending machine also provides you with some "goodies" outside of opening hours
In front of the Prime Apart you will find our "Sruh Snacki", a fully stocked vending machine where you can buy many everyday items like chilled drinks, snacks, sweets, repair pasta, toothpaste, disinfection, etc...
(The machine takes bills up to 20€ and coins)
