Hotel postcards are available at reception and postcards of the village, huts, surrounding area etc. in the stores (Spar supermarket, sports stores etc. in the village). We are happy to send your post. You can obtain stamps in the form of a letter postmark at our reception.

Bathrobe/towels

are available in your room for your stay. If you want to change your bath towel or bathrobe, please place them on the floor. The gray and white striped towels are ready for your sauna and swimming pool visit. You will find more towels for your wellness day in front of the sauna area.

Flowers. We are happy to organize flowers for any occasion.

As we are unfortunately no longer able to get these in Gerlos, we ask for a little lead time.

Fire alarm system

- To protect against fire hazards, our building is equipped with a fire alarm system.

If the fire alarm system is triggered, please do not touch the fire detectors on the ceiling or tamper with them yourself. The system can only be switched off centrally.

Check Out

To avoid waiting times, you are welcome to settle your final bill the evening before your departure. Of course it is also possible to check out on the morning of your departure until 11:00 am. You can always check your current bill at reception from 21:00 on the day before your departure. Would you like to make the most of your last day at the Schönruh? We offer a late check-out with changing & showering facilities and use of the afternoon snack until 17:00 for a surcharge of € 14.50 per person/adult and children as a treat for FREE!

All lost property will be handed in by our chambermaids at reception and sent home to you.

Free Mountain Card -Only applies to summer guests

Please give us an e-mail address (which you can call up on your cell phone here on vacation) and we will send you the “digital guest folder” in the form of a QR code.

With this QR code you can, for example: use the two gondola lifts (simply hold the code directly to the scanner at the turnstile) or the hiking buses for FREE.

Garage/parking spaces

can be reached by elevator from every floor (U1, U2). You will find luggage trolleys in the respective basement levels in front of the lifts. We kindly ask you to keep your parking space.

Presents

If you particularly like details of the showcase, wooden figures, wines, glassware or spirits, wellness products, you can purchase them.

We will be happy to credit your guest account.

We have lots of games - if you are interested, please contact reception.

Indoor swimming pool

can be reached with the small elevator on E (first floor). The indoor pool is open daily from 07:00 – 21:00 We ask you not to jump and splash.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets/dogs are not permitted in the entire hotel area. Dogs are against PRE-REGISTRATION in the Prime Apartment and in the Stadl Lodge - Welcome.

Dog bowls and bedding are available in the apartments.

Heating system

The heating in the hotel is controlled centrally. You can regulate the radiator in the bathroom yourself, which you can also use to regulate the tiled area in your bathroom.

Internet

Wireless Lan is available throughout the hotel. You will need a W-LAN code which you will receive on arrival or at any time at reception.

On the first floor - next to the restaurant entrance. For young and old - there's something for everyone.

Dress code

Come as you feel comfortable. Of course you can embellish the setting of our festivities with your clothing, we would be delighted.

Night reception

Please use the U1 garage for the night entrance or directly at the main entrance.

All doors open with your room card. If you have lost it, you will find a night bell at the main entrance

Non-smoker

Our entire hotel area is smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area or on the balconies. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and in the entire restaurant-hotel area. On the room balconies, we ask you to enjoy your tobacco with the necessary care.

Minibar

For reasons of energy, room heating, selection of services, noise, etc., our hotel rooms do not have a minibar as standard. You are welcome to bring any purchases that need to be cooled or medical products to the bar and we will be happy to store them for you. We can also bring a minibar to your room on request.

Sauna area

Our SAUNA AREA is open for you from 13:30 -19:00. Follow the circular stairs from the swimming pool via the fitness room/wellness area - further down to the basement... Clay outdoor sauna, mountain brine tunnel, stainless steel steam bath, Alm-Stadl sauna, infrared cabin, pedal pool, showers & WC, as well as a relaxation room to unwind between sauna sessions.

Ski school/ski rental

Registration takes place in the respective ski school offices.

Cancellations

Sounds annoying and is annoying. Especially when others would have liked to come. Our request: Please inform us in writing and in good time. We try to be tolerant.

Cancellation conditions:

Up to 2 months before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs. From 2-1 months before arrival the costs are 40% of the booked stay. From 30 days to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the booked stay will be charged. Within the last week before arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booked stay.

Fancy snacks and chilled drinks - You will find our snack vending machine in the U2 lock area (take the elevator to U2). It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
