An impressive new building rises up behind the Hotel Schönruh: the Sruh Prime Apart. This exclusive domicile houses four luxurious and modern flats equipped with the highest level of comfort. Here, discerning guests looking for something special will find stylish and cosy accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Room facilities
Each double room has its own bathroom, some with a double washbasin, WC and walk-in shower;
Hotel access / Wellness
The Prime Apart has none Access to the neighbouring Hotel Schönruh.
The Prime Apartments are designed for self-catering only - catering in the hotel or use of the wellness area are not included. NOT possible.
Sunshower
Take a healthy shower - we offer you the first flats in the Alpine region with an infrared shower.
Pellet stove
In addition to the central heating, you will find an automatic pellet stove in each flat for romantic hours (refills are available free of charge on site).
Sauna
All Prime Apartments have their own sauna, which can be activated at either 60° or 85°.
The sauna heater is not accessible, so it can also be used by children without any problems. However, infusions are possible.
Beer dispenser
You will find a beer dispenser in your flat (you can purchase pre-chilled refill beer cartridges on site)
Bed linen / towels
Both are available on site. Towels are changed every 3 days free of charge. Extra towels or multiple changes EUR 0.50 per towel.
Kitchen equipment
Fully equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven with hot air, dishwasher (tabs included) microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine (filter available), espresso machine for Nespresso capsules (capsules at extra charge), cutlery, pots, pans, casserole dish, cooking utensils, grater, chopping boards, knife set, glasses, plates, bowls, coffee crockery;
Minibar
Outside your flat you will find a small minibar with many small amenities that you can take out for an extra charge (coffee, Nespresso capsules, beer, wine, drinks, etc.).
Parties in the flat?
As we wish all our guests a pleasant holiday, parties are not permitted.
Music, socialising and fun - no problem! Just please be considerate of other guests and neighbours!
We ask you to adjust the volume from 22:00 and to keep quiet on the balconies and terraces.
Towels:
Sind bei der Erstausstattung dabei und werden 1x die Woche gewechselt.
Gerne bringen wir nach Bedarf mehrere oder wechseln öfter – gegen Gebühr.
Children's equipment:
Kinderbetten und Kinderhochstühle sind auf Anfrage bzw. Vorbestellung verfügbar.
Tourist tax:
pro Person und Nacht EUR 1,80
Rubbish:
In der Garage befindet sich der Müllraum – Wir bitten, Sie Abfälle sorgfältig zu trennen und in den jeweils vorgesehenen Behälter zu entsorgen.
Non-smoker:
The entire Prime Apart is a non-smoking building. For smokers, suitable ashtrays are available on the balconies.
Barbecue:
Due to fire safety regulations, barbecues are not permitted on the balconies or terraces.
Cleaning:
You pay a final cleaning fee for the flat. This is for the final cleaning after your departure so that new guests can re-enter the flat.
We are happy to arrange extra flat cleaning on request and for a fee.
On your departure, the flat should be roughly cleaned by you, dishes washed/put away, rubbish cleared/separated.
Suction:
You will find a 9 metre long suction hose with attachment in the cleaning cupboard in your flat. You can connect this to specially labelled suction sockets.
Toilet paper:
An initial supply of 3 rolls per toilet is available, additional rolls can also be purchased on site.
Vending machine:
Shops closed? Our Sruh vending machine also provides you with some "goodies" outside opening hours
Chilled drinks, snacks and everyday necessities can be found in the vending machine located directly in front of the Prime Garage.
It accepts euro coins and notes up to 20 euros.
Washing machine/dryer:
You will find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the ski room.
For the use of the washing machine you need 4x 1Euro- dryer is free of charge

Ski room:
The Prime ski room is located right next to the main entrance. Each flat has its own lockable depot with your room card - offering plenty of space for skis, snowboards, gloves and helmets. With integrated boot and glove heating.
Car parks:
Covered parking spaces on the parking deck or in the garage, 2 parking spaces per flat (in the TOP
No.2 - 4 parking spaces) are available.
Each additional parking space must be registered and will be charged at EUR 9.50 per day.
Garage with Cleaner Station with vacuum cleaner, compressed air, washing area (only in summer);
Travel insurance:
More than just cancellation insurance (without excess) for your holiday. Hotel Cancellation Plus also includes corona-related Cancellations, trip interruption, additional costs in the event of late arrival, we will send you the link to take out this travel insurance with the booking confirmation.
Free Mountain Pass:
All direct booking guests receive the "Free Mountain Pass" free of charge in summer. (free rides on the Isskogel and Königsleiten cable cars) This offer does not apply to bookings via booking platforms or voucher systems.

Lift
All floors in the Prime can be easily reached by lift.
Journey
The flats are generally available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and are reserved for you until 18:00. Should you arrive later, please call us in advance.
Automatic machine
In front of the Prime Apart you will find our "Sruh Snacki", a well-stocked vending machine where you can buy many everyday necessities. (The machine accepts notes and coins) Drinks, snacks, sweets, instant noodles, toothpaste, disinfectant, etc.
Departure:
We ask our guests to vacate the flats on the day of departure by 09:00h (winter) and 10:00h (summer) at the latest.
Car Charging
There is a Tesla Destination Charger and other charging options for various models in the Prime.
E2 11kW, CEE 16A, CEE 32A, Schuko 16A, etc. Charging costs are displayed at the charging stations.
Deposit:
For fixed reservations we ask you to transfer a deposit of EUR 500,- per flat to our account. The deposit will be retained as a processing fee in the event of cancellation. This and any cancellation costs incurred can be covered by travel cancellation insurance.
Bread roll service:
In Prime we offer you an exclusive bread roll service via app order.
You can order your bread online every day and we will deliver it to your minibar by around 07:15 in the morning.
- Unfortunately, this service is not available in summer, as the bakery has currently cancelled this service. -
Ironing:
In the ski room you will find an ironing board and an iron, please return these after use.
Check IN:
Drive directly to the Prime Apartement and park in the garage or under the covered outdoor car park. You will find a doorbell directly at the Prime main entrance or at the entrance to the garage - this will connect you directly to our reception and we will be with you straight away.
Check OUT:
We ask you to vacate the flat by 09:00 (in winter) and 10:00 (in summer) at the latest.
Dogs / Pets:
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the Prime - but are welcome in the Stadl Lodge.
