An impressive new building rises up behind the Hotel Schönruh: the Sruh Prime Apart. This exclusive domicile houses four luxurious and modern flats equipped with the highest level of comfort. Room facilities
Each double room has its own bathroom, some with a double washbasin, WC and walk-in shower;
Hotel access / Wellness
The Prime Apart has none Access to the neighbouring Hotel Schönruh.
The Prime Apartments are designed for self-catering only - catering in the hotel or use of the wellness area are not included. NOT possible.
Sunshower
Take a healthy shower - we offer you the first flats in the Alpine region with an infrared shower.
Pellet stove
In addition to the central heating, you will find an automatic pellet stove in each flat for romantic hours (refills are available free of charge on site).
Sauna
All Prime Apartments have their own sauna, which can be activated at either 60° or 85°.
The sauna heater is not accessible, so it can also be used by children without any problems. However, infusions are possible.
Beer dispenser
You will find a beer dispenser in your flat (you can purchase pre-chilled refill beer cartridges on site)
Bed linen / towels
Both are available on site. Towels are changed every 3 days free of charge. Extra towels or multiple changes EUR 0.50 per towel.
Kitchen equipment
Fully equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven with hot air, dishwasher (tabs included) microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine (filter available), espresso machine for Nespresso capsules (capsules at extra charge), cutlery, pots, pans, casserole dish, cooking utensils, grater, chopping boards, knife set, glasses, plates, bowls, coffee crockery;
Minibar
Outside your flat you will find a small minibar with many small amenities that you can take out for an extra charge (coffee, Nespresso capsules, beer, wine, drinks, etc.).
Parties in the flat?
As we wish all our guests a pleasant holiday, parties are not permitted.
Music, socialising and fun - no problem! Just please be considerate of other guests and neighbours!
We ask you to adjust the volume from 22:00 and to keep quiet on the balconies and terraces.
Handtuchwechsel
Sie bleiben eine Woche bei uns?
Dann werden wir 1 während Ihres Aufenthaltes die Handtücher wechseln.
Im Winter ist dies meistens am Mittwoch.
Wir bringen neue in Ihre Minibar vor dem Appartement und stellen nebenbei eine Box wo Sie die gebrauchten geben können.
