In the Zillertal, alpinists are more than pleased, many high peaks are waiting to be climbed. The highest peak of the Zillertal is the Hochfeiler with an altitude of 3,510 meters. This summit trip is recommended only for practiced mountaineers. The summit of the Great Möseler is located at 3,480 meters, which is reached in an incomparably impressive glacier tour in exciting ways.

If the hiker follows the course of the Schönach in the valley of the same name from the Gasthof Oberwirt over the Stinkmoosalm, it goes up to a height of 2,000 meters. A hike along the Schwarzach over the Schwarzachalm ends at 2,475 meters at the Schwarzachscharte.
